Information Policies and Salon Guidelines

Last minute Cancelations and No shows

At JB we ask that you respect the time your stylist sets aside for your appointment. Please note that last minute cancelations and No shows affect the revenue of your stylist and the overall well being of the salon.  We ask 48hours notice on appointments over 2hours and 24 hours notice on appointments under 2 hours.  We reserve the right to charge your account the full value of the service depending on the circumstances.

Arriving late for your appointment

We understand everyday life happens however arriving late for your appointment may affect your service and in some cases your service may need to be rescheduled.  Please arrive on time for your appointment to avoid any missed appointment fees.

Health confirmation

Please do not come to your appointment with any Covid like symptoms and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment when you are symptom free.

Appointment Arrival

Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment and at this time we do not allow anyone to accompany you. This means no family, friends or children.
